      <description>&lt;P&gt;On my glass tv the hands free voice operation just don't work I have everything turned on but it just doesn't respond. &amp;nbsp;I does work using my remote but not hands free on the tv. Anyone got any ideas thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3743150"&gt;@Pmc61&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;When that has happened to. me I have found that a restart of your Glass or Puck resolves it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To do this go to Settings &amp;gt; System Management &amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; Updates &amp;gt; Restart device (do not do a factory reset).&amp;nbsp; It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t worry when this happens as you start the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This works if it just a software glitch but obviously will not resolve the issue if your remote has become faulty. &amp;nbsp;In that case you will need to contact Sky and request a replacement if your Glass is still under warranty (If not Amazon sells them see this &lt;A href="https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09LCXL3S2?th=1" target="_self"&gt;LINK&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the white light is on at the side of the tv then the microphone is switched off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Press it and it will go off and switch the microphone on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
