    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4170522"&gt;@Painless1&lt;/a&gt; I had a similar problem when I first moved to the streaming platform. &amp;nbsp; Like mine,, your puck is probably losing the network connection when it is in standby so go into the Settings &amp;gt; Start up &amp;amp; standby menu and make sure that the option for&amp;nbsp;"Networked standby mode" to &lt;STRONG&gt;ON&lt;/STRONG&gt;. &amp;nbsp;I would also turn &lt;STRONG&gt;OFF&lt;/STRONG&gt; the overnight power saving. &amp;nbsp;It resolved the issue for me so hopefully iy will do the same for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Each morning when I turn on my Sky Glass I can't watch anything apart from a black screen. This is resolved after turning both the router and TV off and back on. This is obviously a fault but how to fix is the problem. HELP</description>
