    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two sky glass&amp;nbsp; tvs both 55inch, gen 1 for well over 3 and half&amp;nbsp; years&amp;nbsp; and my gen 2 for about a&amp;nbsp; month&amp;nbsp; a puck for just of three and a half years sky live camera&amp;nbsp; just&amp;nbsp; about a year both tvs are connected&amp;nbsp; by ethernet cables puck is on wifi&amp;nbsp; no problems with&amp;nbsp; them, but i am on sky gigafast full fibre to the property&amp;nbsp; broadband 900mps, and also have lg smart tv, p c, laptop, tablet,&amp;nbsp; Xbox, freesat box, 3 alexers, and 3 mobile phones&amp;nbsp; all connected&amp;nbsp; to the wifi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You need at least 30 to 35mbs arriving at your glass tv&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you able to advise your internet speed and the speed that the tv is receiving (in the settings of the native Netflix app)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you able to connect with an ethernet cable directly to the router (making sure you turn wifi off in the settings ) to see if the issues persist and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This sounds like a poor wifi local network speed or some kind of local interference that is causing your wifi to drop in and out &amp;nbsp;occasionally.&lt;/P&gt;
