Have you tried in a different plug socket, and have you checked the fuse ? I know it's a couple of simple things to check but i had a similar issue with my 55inch sky glass gen 1 the other day and it was the fuse in the plug that had gone, changed it and it turned straight back on

My sky box isn't turning on. I have gone through all the steps that you website has suggested done all of them and it still shall not turn on. There is no light to say it is on standby.
There is nothing wrong with the batteries in the tv remote as I have changed them over to be brand new ones.

I need some help. My son is autistic and tv is his safety net.
