Skip Ads Problems

Been paying for 'Skip Ads' for quite a while now since it was just being able to Fast Forward. Now it is the proper 'Skip Ads' button have noticed some issues where it skips too far or even onto the next episode. Sometimes it also won't let you pause unless you come out of the programme altogether. The latest is whilst watching the first episode of series 2 of 'The Last of us'. At 18 mins the 'Skip Ads' button appeared so was pressed but it jumped to 28 mins and we had to rewind to 21 mins when the ads stopped. However when we stopped it it jumped again to 28 mins. Shouldn't have this when just trying to watch something. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've not experienced this personally. However it would be worth reporting this to sky's viewer relations team. They can investigate and feedback as necessary. It may be a problem with the metadata etc.

Sounds an odd problem and as above it may be worth mention8ng to the VR team if it's only happening on individual episodes.

Would though suggest trying a restart of your Sky Glass TV.

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Glass TV will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
