My sky glass won't load I keep turning it off at the plug but still keeps doing it and on paramount the adds come on and the freezes with 61 or 31 seconds to go

How is your tv connected to the Internet and what is your broadband speed, i have 2 sky glass tvs and they work fine i have gigafast broadband with sky to

It's connected to the sky wifi and it's running at 57mb/s it's been working fine

I'm pretty sure this is an on going issue with some viewers on paramount plus only ....

@lettice is this the same issue you have ?

We have a sky puck and 2 mobile phones that's it
