Digital copies of purchases not available on Sky Glass

Hi all.

Does anyone know if there is a way of recovering my digital purchases that I had on Sky Q after upgrading to Sky glass.

Because I'm loathed to pay for them all again.

If you open the Sky Store app on Sky Glass, all your purchases through the Sky Store will be available to play.

I'd suggest double checking you have logged in to the correct Sky Store account

I changed from sky q to sky glass tv in november 2021 and my sky store purchases from sky q went over with no problem, try downloading the sky store app on your phone or tablet or laptop and log in and see what happens on there

Have just downloaded the app and still nothing. Looks like a phone call to customer services tomorrow

All sorted now. Turned out that my glass needed an update to sky store and they've all come across now.
