      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4371983"&gt;@Gordie-59&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you do connect via ethernet cable then do go into settings and turn off your WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are still having issues connecting, then you may need to do a hard reset of your TV to solve it. Ring Sky to do this as they don't advise doing a hard reset without speaking to them, in case of problems re-setting back up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
