Fast forward not working/voice commands not working!

I'm sick to the back teeth of this [removed] service, resetting the glass sometimes 2/3 times a night, voice commands not working, fast forward not working, live pause comes back on when I walk away, voice sync keeps going out...[removed]! If you see this message please, please, please do not get this system.

Sky after sales are worse than useless, 2 years I've put up with this [removed] service and still the problems persist, [removed], I'm off!
