My sky remote has suddenly stopped working has new batteries we have turned the box off and on

Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.

Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.

Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select Continue.

Still won't work the buttons light up but no red light

Hi @JENNA061 Unlike the Sky Q remotes there is no red light on the glass/stream remote, just the numbers lighting up when you use it. Anyway to help you try to get your remote working the links below are to remote troubleshooting guides:

If the troubleshooting guides don't help you could try the following. Although this sounds a strange thing to do it has worked for me twice when my remote has stopped working. It's certainly worth a try. Hold the remote at both ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a cloth.

If it is still not working I would call Sky to request a replacement.
