    <description>&lt;P&gt;Who is your broadband with? If it's not Sky then it isn't their fault. You'd need to claim with your broadband provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is with Sky then I certainly would phone them and ask about a credit due to the fault.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky not working refund</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had no Sky TV since Monday 31st March and has been fixed today Tuesday 8th April due to a phone line fault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I have had no Sky TV for over a week, I would like a refund on my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you confirm.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
