Hi @Leonard6One of the main reasons for freezing is the quality and speed of the Wi-Fi signal being received at the TV/puck and not that being received at the router. This can be checked with the Netflix App (Get help > Check network) and is often much less than you might expect. The minimum speeds recommended by Sky are as follows:

HD = 25mbps

UHD = 30mbps

HD + 1 puck = 30mbps

UHD + 1 puck = 35mbps

These speeds assume there is nothing else using up your bandwidth.

If your speed at the TV is borderline try connecting via Ethernet cable. If this is not practical you can use powerline adapters (about £35 at Amazon). Note the Ethernet port on the Glass TV (& pucks) only supports 100mbps so don't waste money on the more expensive 1gb powerline adapters

@Leonard6 Buffering and pixelation is normally due to weak or poor wifi.

On your Glass TV go to the Netflix app - Get Help - Network connection, run the connection test, what speed is being reported?

For Glass Live Channels you need at least 25mbos for HD & 35mbps for UHD

You also raised the same question on the 18th Marcha nd were provided with the amswer, did you not folow that advise?

Edit: Your latest thread has been removed as you have basically asked the same question, please don't create multiple threads as this can be seen as spamming.

Are you connected via WiFi or Ethernet cable between the TV and router?

If it's by WiFi, this could be the issue. I found with my Glass that the WiFi would lose connection quite frequently. I switched to an Ethernet connection and have had no issues with freezing, buffering etc.
