Unless you have sky protect would suggest you could claim on your house insurance if you have contents with AD

otherwise there are many on the used market relatively inexpensive.....

If it was damaged by a professional moving company you might want to check with them if they have cover for damage like this.

You've owned the set from the moment the loan agreement completed: unfortunately all remaining outstanding repayments must still be made (or the balance paid off as a lump sum) on a broken device.
