    <description>&lt;P&gt;Because they aren't obliged to?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because they wanted to make a sale?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pick a reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think after just over three years since the First Gen was released it would be realistic to presume a newer model would be released at some point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you are aware, there is no trade-in option. It's a TV not a mobile phone. If you want a newer model you can get one and pay off your existing Glass TV/pay for both models on a month by month basis or get a new one and try and sell your old one to pay off the CCA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought the gen 1 sky glass a few months ago and now the gen 2 has come out.why wouldn't sky tell me a new one was coming out when I signed up ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As @Anonymous&amp;nbsp;indicates, given the v1 was released in October 2021 a hardware revision was long overdue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
