The only recommendation&nbsp; would be to follow the recovery process. <A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass" target="_blank">https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass</A> - which you say you have already tried, however it may be worth trying all steps in that article and trying recovery more than once.
