Sky don't have engineers for Glass or Stream. A 3rd party company delivers and sets up if you pay for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you take Sky broadband? What bit are you having trouble with? Connecting to broadband, activating it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You installed sky glass yesterday and the engineer couldn't connect me . He said there was a system fault . You did a reboot last night but that hasn't worked either. I still have no connection and about to cancel my contract&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
