    <description>&lt;P&gt;This has been covered extensively in another thread. It's an issue both companies say they have long been aware of and claim to have fixed - but it's still happening. I'm with Hyperoptic and had the same problem until I changed the DNS settings on my hyperoptic router to 1.1.1.1 (Primary DNS) and 8.8.8.8 (Secondary DNS).       <title>Stream issues Hyperoptic broadband</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed to Hyperoptic broadband this morning and after connecting my 2 x Sky Stream pucks had no issues within the first hour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The current download speed is 100mbps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now apps such as Netflix is buffering, nothing is in UHD quality and live channels BBC 1 are either ' jamming ' or partially pixelated then temporarily freezing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've restarted my Stream pucks but still having problems&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me please ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
