It depends on whether you can afford to buy a TV now or not.

Plenty of users will say getting Stream and a decent Smart TV is the best option, though you'd probably need a soundbar too as most modern TV's have pathetic speakers.

This is where Glass has an advantage with a built in Atmos sound system.

I have a Glass TV and the picture quality and sound is good enough for my needs. For some it's not good enough for theirs.

You need to make sure you have an internet provider that can give you the required speeds, especially if you plan on having a Whole Home subscription and connecting to the router via ethernet is advisable.

You could try Glass for 31 days and see if you like it but if you return it because you don't like it there is a £25 return fee.

I like Glass but understand the appeal of both systems if you can't have a dish anymore.

Currently Sky Q, but our development is removing all the sky dishes so need to move to Glass or Stream. My current TV is now 15+ years old. What do you recommend?

With a TV that age I'd go for Sky Glass personally. Although you might want to shop around for TVs because there's sometimes good deals on TVs that have a better picture.

Im particularly attracted to how Glass puts the Sky box, soundbar and TV in one package - that minimalist neatness appeals to me.
