Blurred edges.

My 65" Sky Glass Gen 2 isn't very crisp.

I would have thought it would be great viewing but there's a blurred edge to the picture, especially the writing.

it reminds me of watching my rear projection TV from the early 2000's..

Is it because of the size?

If so, I'm glad I've only got a 12 month payment plan.

@is this on a tv channel or on a uhd / hd stream ? Some of the tv guide channels are upscaled and can look a little blurry especially older content

I have a 55 inch gen 2 but can't say I've noticed any blurring

It's likely you may need to call sky for troubleshooting unless another user on here as 65 glass and can confirm they have the same

I'll escalate your post to the online sky community support team-

lookout for an invitation to chat with them and please report back any fixes etc
