I am a sky customer with sky pucks currently and trying to order a glass tv but am having trouble. When I pay online the amount to pay today the we are dealing with you order comes up before it bounces back to the payment screen without completing the order. I have called twice to try and complete the order only to find that the staff there have no idea how to help! I am hoping there is a sky employee on here that can help me.

@City70 If you can't order online you would need to call sky and begin ordering from the start rather than trying to complete something you started online

sky staff on here can't help with this I'm afraid as they are unable to take payments and orders
