Where to Find Wall bracket

Hi, I just received my New 65"Sky Glass. Unfortunately, it is faulty and I am awaiting a repalcement.

I ordered the wall bracket also to mount onto my wall but I am really struggling to see where it is? I can take off the back panel on the TV where the mounting holes are but there is nothing else there. No Spacers, Allen Key etc.

There was also nothing else in the box.

Any advice?

ordeded the sky glass gen2 ? If that's the case and you did order the wall bracket separate and you havent recieved it you will need to contact sky c/s

It's the Gen 1 Sky Glass (2021) where a component of the tabletop stand is also the wall plate.

The Gen 2 (2025) model ships with simple feet, and has a more complex wall mount at additional cost: currently this can only be obtained by ordering it alongside the television.
