Sky Glass 1.0 Playlist disappeared

Added White Lotus to my playlist last night and just turned on to find all my other playlists programmes aren't there. Reading back I think something similar happened to users last year who could find there programmes under Manage. Mine aren't there. I've turned off at the power switch but that didn't work. Any ideas please?

have you tried pulling the plugs for a few minutes ? This can often clear glitches

Yes, always my first course of action with any technology that's playing up. Except a life-support machine......😆
