I ordered a sky glass replacement remote online on Friday. Got a message sent saying its been actioned and to wait 48 hours for it to arrive. Whose the courier they send it to? do you think it'll come during weekends or only weekdays?

I've had a couple of replacement remotes. The first one came via DPD courier and I got it within 24 hours.

The second came via Royal Mail and took a couple of days. It depends how quickly Sky dispatch yours and how speedy your local sorting office is really.

If you're desperate then it's often quicker to order one from Amazon to have as a spare.

@ZAHK If you are lucky enough to have one available you can use a Sky Q remoter whilst you wait for a replacement to arrive.
