    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4330990"&gt;@Theboss1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; We are customers on the forum and not Sky. &amp;nbsp;You will need to call then or if you are still within your warranty you can request a replacement&amp;nbsp;at the following link:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Streaming TV replacement remote &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;(you will need to sign into your MySky account).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also try to get your old one working again &amp;nbsp;by holding the remote at both ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a cloth. &amp;nbsp;Even though it sounds an unlikely solution it has got many faulty remotes working again (including my own).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
