Anybody know how I get the voice to work on my remote?
I've tired rebooting the remote, restarting the sky stream box and nothing, it says "that didn't work, please try again" when I try to use it

What kind of commands are you asking? Have you tried restarting the box?

Yes I have, still won't work when I speak into the remote using the voice button

It's brand new so it can't be broke

It can be brand new and broken. There were lots of problems with some of the first batches of remotes sent out with Sky Stream pucks a couple of years ago. You may just have been unlucky and got a random one that wasn't soldered properly inside.

Give Sky a ring and they'll send you a replacement.
