Hi my name is Brian madden I currently have a sky glass TV and I keep getting error messages on the itv channels the rest of the channels work fine it's just itv and its sister channels with the error I've tried to restart the TV but it's still the same

I have just lost ITV 103, Sky+HD bix states technical fault but all other chanels are working, including 203 ITV+1! Power off/on all cables ok, briadband online. Any ideas?

Hi @Brian002

Working here (ITV Wales) but did have ITV 1 go down last night. A reboot restored service. I would wait a little while and try again or you can report the issue to Sky (viewerR@sky.uk or call customer service), as we are just fellow subscribers here on the community.

Hi, i have Sky+HD which includes catchup +1 tv 103/203 not sky glass. Thanks.

Hi everyone, i contacted Sky on chat and was asked to power off, remove all cables and leave it fir five minutes, all ok now tgank you. M

@Martin703 You posted on a Glassr elated thread which causes confusion as the Glass platform has no +1 channels.

Hi @Martin703

That advise is for satellite customers. You are posing in the Glass board, which users broadband for delivery. While a reboot is usually the first port of call for glass customers too, the reports are this was a satellite issue only.

@Martin703 My ITV collapsed last night and a reboot got it working again. I thought it was just my setup so am surprised to read that others from various regions also had the same issue.

The assumption would be that you have a Glass TV as you have posted on the Glass TV forum. 😀

My itv 1 HD AND Itv 3 HD Both down but sky will just say it's not 1 of there channels

It's an ITV issue and Sky are aware of it.
