    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4329803"&gt;@IanTay&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This can be caused by a software issue. In the first instance turn off your Sky glass and unplug from the wall for at least 10 minutes. Other users have reported leaving unplugged overnight can also resolve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't work you will need to call Sky and claim if under warranty (we are fellow subscribers here on the community)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
