&lt;P&gt;I understand: unfortunately this doesn't appear to be a situation which Sky anticipated when they designed the Glass system (and decided not to include a MAC address label)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To be fair, no domestic broadband has such a requirement: it's only found in managed environments.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
