Unable to access channel 4

Still can't access Chanel 4 to watch old episodes, but can watch Chanel 4 live on sky glass. I was advised by Chole that only a few customers are experiencing the problem. She advised me to do a reset, which I've just done to no avail. I've also tried refreshing the apps. She then said to start a new conversation. I think people have just given up on watching it through sky glass. I've registered for Chanel 4 through Prime on a fire stick. It is a faff doing that but now at least we can watch episodes of programmes we have missed.

I've tried all the suggestions I've seen. Someone suggested putting the programme in your playlist. I tried that and it looked like all the episodes were there but when you selected one to watch it just took you to the spinning 4. . I've settled for watching it on Prime with a fire stick.
