      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dear Sky Support Team,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am experiencing an issue with my Sky Glass TV, which is unable to download and install the software update. The problem persists even after performing a forced restart of the device according to the manufacturerâ€™s instructions.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have followed these steps:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;â€¢&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Restarting the TV&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;â€¢&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Checking the internet connection&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;â€¢&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Performing a factory reset&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;â€¢&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Executing a forced restart&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Despite these attempts, the update does not download or install, and the TV remains stuck in the update process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you please provide additional instructions or a solution to this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you in advance for your assistance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Best regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
