Hi , Does anyone k ow if you can request a 2nd puck to place in another room 🤔

@Tarnya242 yes you can have upto 6 pucks and you should be to order from your online account but will need to add the whole home subscription first if you don't already have it

if you can't do it online give sky a call and they will do it for you

Yes - give Sky a ring and they'll sort it out. There's usually a £39.95 activation fee for each additional puck which is loaned to you for the duration of your contract.

Although sometimes when enabling Whole Home they waive that £39.95 fee for the first additional pick you order.
