I have sky cinema but seem to be paying £7.99 a month for paramount plus. How do I get the free one you get with cinema?

" If you have a Paramount+ account with another provider, you should cancel with them to avoid being charged. Your existing account won't automatically be cancelled when you activate an account with Sky. Sky can't refund any period of overlap.

If you want to use your same login details, you should cancel your existing subscription and wait for it to expire before completing the sign-up process with Sky. "

You would need to cancel your existing Paramount+ subscription then follow the instructions here:

Be aware that you can only get Paramount+ Basic with ads with Sky Cinema. If you don't want any adverts then you'll need to stick with your existing £7.99pm Standard plan.
