      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4315336"&gt;@Joannac&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes a simple reboot/restart will resolve the issue. &amp;nbsp;To do this go to Settings &amp;gt; System Management &amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; Updates &amp;gt; Restart device (do not do a factory reset).&amp;nbsp; It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t worry when this happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't sort out the problem have a look at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/there-is-a-technical-fault-with-this-channel" target="_self"&gt;THIS&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;trouble link for the technical issue response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4315336"&gt;@Joannac&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Use your remote to go to the Glass TV home screen and you will find the settings right at the bottom of the page. &amp;nbsp;The easier solution is to use the voice button on your remote and just say "Settings" and it should take you direct to the settings menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once in the setting menu select "&lt;SPAN&gt;System Management" then "Resets &amp;amp; Updates" and then select "Restart device"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
