Sky's repair partner don't provide screen repairs. See: &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky may be able to sell you another refurbished Sky Glass, however this will be at cost to you as warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, however you may be able to claim on your home contents insurance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you call you will need to say something like cancel Sky subscription or buy Sky glass, but no it won't recognise repair glass etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone advice me on what to do please, I have my tv on a stand and I moved the tv a little and now the screen has a crack in the corner and I'm unable to watch anything. I tried calling sky but the robot does not understand me!!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you choose to buy the replacement on credit, there will two loans to repay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
