    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the late reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;YouTube works perfectly—no frame drops, no connection issues. My speed is consistently over 150Mbps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, every other streaming app has problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just watched a 4K &lt;STRONG&gt;National Geographic UK&lt;/STRONG&gt; episode on YouTube with my daughter without any interruptions. After putting her to bed, I tried watching &lt;EM&gt;Alien: Romulus&lt;/EM&gt; on Disney+. As soon as I hit play, the blue loading circle appeared... Minutes later, I got the error message: &lt;EM&gt;"Sorry. Something went wrong. Please try again later."&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The same issue happens across all other streaming apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No issies with these apps on PS5.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having some issues with my Sky Glass TV (Model: LT065-F3-WHT, Software Version: Entertainment OS 1.3). Despite numerous attempts to resolve them, I am unable to use the TV properly, and I am looking for assistance to address these problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Main Issues:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;App Streaming Problem&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All apps (Disney+, Prime Video, Netflix, Apple TV, Paramount+, etc.) fail to stream content properly. When selecting something to watch, the apps load but fail to buffer past 0%, rendering them unusable. I have a secure 1GB internet connection, and I even tested the TV at my neighbor’s house with the same result. Refreshing apps and restarting the TV does not help. Netflix displayed the error code TVQ-PB-101(5.3).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;TV Randomly Turning Off&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The TV turns off randomly while watching content, with no warning. This happens at various points during viewing, and it’s disrupting my experience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Remote Connectivity Issues&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The remote frequently disconnects. I have a white TV and remote; Sky sent me a replacement remote, but one day it stopped syncing. After several attempts, the original remote (which had been stored in a drawer for over a year) suddenly reconnected, but the new one still won’t sync.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Remote Button Malfunctions&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Some buttons on the remote control no longer work. How can I get a replacement remote or fix these issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have read through forums and followed suggested solutions, but none have resolved the problems so far.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4543210"&gt;@Lynnemichelle&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;Are you aware that even though Paramount + is free to Sky Cinema&amp;nbsp;subscribers you still have to register with Paramount +.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have not already done so you can register &amp;nbsp;by doing the following: &amp;nbsp;Use the voice command&amp;nbsp;"My Sky" and then select the following:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions /&amp;nbsp;Current / and then Paramount + Monthly. Hopefully it will&amp;nbsp;say £0 per month as you have Sky Cinema.
