My sky tv just stopped working yesterday morning no sound and most channels won't load I've tried all the reset process and still no joy can anyone help please

Can you get into the Netflix app and go to the settings and select network check .... this will tell you the speed your glass is getting . It may also be worth a full reboot of your router.

I have tried watching some programmes on Sky Atlantic today - sometimes the sound will play, but never the picture.

Everything else is working fine. It was only delivered yesterday and problems already!!

Went to bed turned it off for few hours it seems fine now I think these Internet based tvs need a break now and then I have it on most of the day think it over loaded hope this helps if not contact sky we pay enough so frustrating
