When I want to Fast Forward a program, and that program has finished Sky Glass Fails

Scenario:

I am watching a program on Sky Glass, which I may have paused.

I now want to fast Forward that Program, for example over adverts, or I watched a portion on another Sky-Puck.

This works - under certain circumstances.

This Fast Forward FAILS if the program has finished.

i.e.. Lets say I am at 45 minutes into a 1 hour program.

But lets say that, the 1 hour program finished say 10 minutes ago at the time I want to fast forward, e.g. to FF through an advert, or to catch up for any other reason.

If, at this point, I set Fast Foreward I then lose the program completely (if the 'live' program has finished)!

To say this is Irritating is a severe Understatement.

Anyone else exepriencing this?

Any ideas on how to resolve?

Hi @AJH This is a known issue and I agree it is highly annoying (it happened to me a couple of hours ago).

There is a comprehensive thread on the issue as THIS link. The "answer" is from a Sky employee acknowledging the issue and is the latest update from them.
