This is the mainstay of a streaming service and it is completely and utterly sub standard. It is completely amateurish and you are not listening to what the customer wants.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other issues:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Some series show the date and time when a show was aired, some don't. WHY&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Some playlist show the first episode first and some show the last episode first in the series view. WHY.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) In the playlist view there is a 'Most Recent', this is the most idiotic waste of space. What does this show: the most recent program I viewed NO, how about the most recent series I added NO,&amp;nbsp; how about the most recent new episodes added on one of my playlist selections NO. It does not do what it says on the tin, it actually shows the most recent episode of something on my playlist that has been shown on Sky, or Disney or somewhere else , even if I have viewed it (but you wouldn't know as you have deleted my viewing history). So you are telling me that something on my playlist that I potentially viewed 6 months ago was shown on sky last night, am I missing something here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish I could get one of your streaming analysts and show him how naff the whole thing is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the moment, as soon as my glass tv is paid off, I will be leaving Sky for somewhere more technically savvy, Virgin. That is the worst put down I can imagine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 30 days is for a part watched episode not series. If you get to the end of an episode the tracking is active for much longer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking for some feedback on episode tracking issues. I have experienced many of these since I had sky glass in 2022. I'm trying to gauge if it's a problem across the board that affects all glass users&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have experienced&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- total loss of all tracking within a season. For instance I went to watch swat last night (I'm in the middle of season 7) but on my playlist it has defaulted to play episode 1 season 1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- only 2-3 episodes shown as viewed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im not sure if this is happening after a software update or after an amour. Of time has passed since the last viewing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any feedback would be great &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We've had an update on what to expect with part and full watched content.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's been confirmed that resume points expire after 30 days, so if you're partway through something and leave it over 30 days, we'll forget where you left off. Some streaming apps, seem to store the resume points a lot longer, as some seem to store it indefinitely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Relating to content watched, we also mark content as 'fully watched' when reaching the end, this helps work out what the next episode should be displayed to customers in the 'Continue Watching Rails'; this is set for 1.5 years. So you should still see the 'Next episode' in the rail for up to 1.5 years, but depends on what else you watch too.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree the 30&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;days needs extended.I have slow horses in my playlist season 3 aired in feb which I had watched season 4 started last week and although I appeared at the start of my playlist it hadn't appeared in my continue watching rail until I played season 4 ep 1&lt;/P&gt;</description>
