My Sky switches on the the controller. But the controller won't let you change or do anything else. I've changed batteries too

I've also tried resetting the box and trying to use another controller for multi room still won't do anything

try the below

The remote can be reset and paired again following these steps;

Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds.
Press and hold 4 and 6 together for three seconds.
Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions.

If that doesn't work use the following link to Replace the remote if under warranty

It's also worth pulling the plug totally from your stream box for a few minutes
