BBC Stream no BBC iplayer in Ireland

I have sky glass / sky stream in Republic of Ireland.

With regards to BBC, I want to 'stream' Traitors and have it on demand so I can catch up on episodes when it suits me but I can't as 1. I can't record it and 2. There's no BBC iplayer in ROI

With other apps like channel 4 this is not a problem as we can access the channel 4 app to watch episodes on demand.

Does this mean that in order for me to watch a full BBC series in ireland (ROI) the only way I can do this is to watch it live?? Surely not. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes BBC iPlayer s isn't on Stream in ROI. There is a selection of BBC programmes in the on demand section. This is a decision by the BBC rather than Sky.
