Once set you you can call Sky and ask them to deactivate your Glass (remove it as the primary device from your account), you can then cancel whole home and your puck will be your new primary device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However it might also be worth reaching out to ServiceTech, Sky's repair partner.       <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky volume has broken , background music is audible but speach is terrible&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have rigged up a Bluetooth speaker which is ok&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sky can only charge me£624 for a replacement tv&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as it's out of warranty&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I have sky glass on my spare Samsung tv somehow?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
