    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure what is happening, nothing is working, no sky glass tv working, technical issue and no netflix working coming up the ui-800-3 error.&amp;nbsp; I tried unplugging, waiting a while and plugging a few times, not working, tried the puck box reset a few times, not working either, I changed&amp;nbsp; the batteries of my puck remote, and it did not make any difference, what can be happening?&amp;nbsp; help please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3985065"&gt;@chantaliz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; The issue won't be with your remote so changing the batteries is pointless, you have a wifi connection or broadband issue.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have your checked your broadband service is still up &amp;amp; running?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
