Are you meaning, providing a web browser on your Sky Glass TV?

Web browsers via any Smart TVs are generally cumbersome to use and not that UI friendly, navigating with a remote control.

Sky do not offer such an app on Sky Glass or Sky Stream.

If you really need to use your larger screen to browse the internet via a web browser and you have an iPhone or iPad, you could mirror the iPhone or iPad screen using airplay to the Sky Glass TV.

The airplay function was made available to Sky Glass with the recent updates.

As @lettice indicates, while Glass inherently uses an internet connection for subscription content, it does not have a web browser or any way to add one to its own operating system.
