When put sky sports main event uhd on to watch when live sync pops up I click on it and the screen goes blank I have to just watch it as normal with a delayed feed

This channel doesn't seem to be working and is currently saying unavailable and even when you click the live sync button from Sky Sports UHD main event as well

It's saying technical fault as all on 921 and 922

I'm getting the same message, I suspect it's not your ISP 😀

Anyone else having an issue with live sync? Just getting sorry this item is currently unavailable and won't play the stream? Happens on both 921 and 922

Yes I @Tripset am and I had started a new conversation on it. It was not working at all for the tennis all day, but now seems to be ok with the darts.

But It's started again the issues even though it seemed to be working an hour ago

It's really not good enough from Sky with one issue after another and the lack of ownership and too many fingers being pointed towards the customers ISP and network

Issues still with latency channels?

Will there be an update from Sky today with the issues that me and others are having with 921/922. It seem to start working again but is failing once again and saying technical issues / unable to watch

@Super+Anthony You won't get a reply from Sky today thats for certain.

Regardless of any isues your having with these channels raising multiple threads won't help. Therefore your latest threadd has been merged to this existing thread discussing the issue on 921/922

having the same issue with live sync from sky sports main event uhd. Had the problems starting from Monday's NFL game (Lions @ Vikings) and continues to persist.

@detroitlion It seems to have sorted it self out over night. Hopefully Sky can maybe confirm it's been fixed😀😀

So a couple of days ago I was receiving an error when trying the above channel. "Channel not available, try again later" this persisted for a couple of days. It has now come back on, but only states that it is "HD" not "UHD" like it does on 401. Anyone having this issue and know what I can do to rectify it.

Was watching channel 922 just now and all of a sudden got a black screen and did not go back. I had to change channels to get it back

Just did it again second time this evening

@GeordieGeorge9 I also had your issue a couple of days ago and all I got back was that there was no sign of issues!!!

Tried resetting box a couple of times. Same issue, only broadcasting in HD. All settings as normal, set to output in 2160. Again as above 401 outputting in UHD... very strange.

Not great especially when the final of the darts is on. Hardly great for the customer!!

I'm watching now on UHD Live Sync and it's not skipped a beat
