Good Evening, I have fibre to the House and generally have around 6 devices connected to the hub, including the Puck, Glass TV and a 2-3 phones and one computer. Not all connected at the same time but the speed is so bad from the WiFi is so poor that the Glass TV buffers on a regular basis, takes some time to load, speech and pictures fall out of sync. It's a really poor service. The Router is less than 1m from the incoming fibre box, then the TV is around 12ft from the router, with only 1 wall in the way. How can the sky router be so poor ?!

Also what speed is listed in your my sky app when you run a line speed test ?

Providing your line is working as expected the first thing to check is the speed you are receiving on the glass . Do this by opening the Netflix app and going to settings. Then go to network and run the network check. You will need at least 30mb to 35mb run effectively.

The best way to overcome the issue is to use a set of inexpensive powerline adapters to connect the tv directly to the router.

First thing is to check the speed. Open the Netflix app on the Glass TV, go to the help section, click on check network connection, and see what speed the TV is actually receiving
