      <title>Incorrect pin</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our sky glass was reset and asked for the pin it said incorrect so we have trued to reset using the forget your pin. After adding thw four digits of our payment method and putting in a new pin it is still showing as incorrect. We can't access the tele!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Plug the tv back in and When it boots back up it should skip the pin screen&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are having the exact same issue. Screen stuck on incorrect pin screen. Tv wasn't turning on prior to this so did a reset. Now won't move from that screen&lt;/P&gt;</description>
