Unplug your Glass for a few minutes and then plug it in again and it will reboot.

Hi thank you for the reply I've tried some cheap ear buds and they have connected

My Sony headphones over ear which are suitable still do not connect so I do t know why

It's shame because I bought tvglass because it had the blutooth capability but obviously it does not have the technological capability.

On the contrary: Glass appears to stick strictly to the specification of the A2DP profile.

This is probably because the headphones are connected to another device maybe a phone or tablet. Bluetooth can only connect to one device at a time. Hope this helps
