We have been a Sky customer for 22 years. We went into Glass 8 months ago and none of the Apps work (ITV x, Disney +, YouTube, Apple TV,) also the Sky live doesn't work. We had a replacement camera sent out for Sky live and that didn't work. We have 2 Sky Glass TVs on is connected to the router by Ethernet cable. Bb speeds are 109 download and 58 upload FTTP. And yet the APPs do not work!? We are completely at a loss as to what to do. We have spent hours on the phone with Sky Customer Service, doing resets and reboots.

Which ISP do you use, and is there anything unusual about the network setup?

Already tried that, I'm afraid. I am going to have to try another router - 6GHz - lets see if that works. If not then something is amiss. It may well be the ISP. I don't think that it is the Sky products at fault, but the fact that no one can help is frustrating.

Our ISP is Kcom (We are restricted on who we can use as we live in HU14). I have just been out today to purchase a 6 GHz router Tri-Band with 4 quad processor. I will switch over later today and see what happens. The current router must be the problem!! Surely!?
