Sky ad skipping stopped working

I paid for ad skipping about a month ago and it was brilliant, now nothing seems to skip, it just pauses and then continues. What could be the issue please?

@Doblinsky Have you tried rebooting your Glass TV

I'd not thought of the old turn it off and on again trick. A classic I should not have overlooked! Will give it a try. Thanks

You can restart via settings😉

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

Alternatively pull the plug for a few

minutes
