      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4046020"&gt;@Kev65&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try resetting your network connection as described here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-internet-connection-osm" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-internet-connection-osm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select Network settings on your TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select Reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I would then power you TV off at the mains for 2 minutes, switch the unit back on and go to network settings and try connecting to the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mike&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you, I have done all that and I've managed to pick up the new network now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It wasn't letting me select a new network before, all sorted now, thanks for your help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kev&lt;/P&gt;</description>
